How much is your face worth?

I was tagged by the lovely KATE to do a "how much is your face worth?" post.  This is my first tag post and I really enjoyed doing it.  Adding all the prices of my daily products together was quite scary, I knew it was going to be an expensive list, but even I'm a little shocked at the amount I spend on makeup.  The most expensive item on the list is the Hourglass Primer.  It comes in at a shocking £52 which is ridiculous considering it is half the price stateside.

Clinique stay matte foundation -£21.50
MAC Studio Fix Powder - £21.00
Bobbi Brown Bronzer - £27.00
Mac Blush - £17.50
Revlon Liquid Liner - £7.99
Hourglass Mineral Veil Primer - £52.00
By Terry Mascara - £31.00
Chanel Rouge Coco Shine Lipstick - £24.00
Benefit Brow Zings - £23.00

Total cost of my vain face £224.99

Wedding Journal Show Belfast

For me, the most exciting part of planning a wedding was attending all the different wedding shows.  The show that stood out for me most, was the Wedding Journal Show at Kings Hall Belfast.  It was there that I hired my wedding cars, and picked up ideas for table favors.

Two years later, I'm happily married and the fabulous Wedding Journal show is still taking place in Belfast.  The Show takes place at its usual destination Kings Hall Belfast and runs from 5-7 October.  Tickets at the door cost £11 per Adult. Adult tickets are £9 when pre-booked online and VIP tickets are available for £18 at ww.ticketmaster.co.uk.

Everyone who buys a ticket either online or at the door will be entered into a prize draw to win a fabulous wedding package worth £25,000.

Clarins Auto-Bronzante

Usually I stay clear of tanning products that apply clear to the skin, as it normally ends in a streaky disaster for me.  However, I had heard such good reports about the Clarins liquid bronze tanner that I decided to pick it up at duty free (everyone loves a discount).

I applied it the night I purchased it and for once followed the directions on the bottle by applying  a small amount on a cotton pad and applying it across the face staying away from the hairline.  It has a slight sent but its not unbearable.  It sinks straight into the skin and doesn't leave a sticky residue.  I woke the next day to a natural golden glow which I absolutely loved.  I applied it for 2 nights to achieve the depth of colour I wanted, but of course you can apply it as often as you like depending on how dark you want to go.

You can buy Clarins Auto-Bronzante at Feel Unique currently priced at £14.88 with free delivery BARGAIN!!
