Chanel bronze universal

My latest love....

After watching a video by the lovely HRH collection I decided to splurge out and purchase the gorgeous bronzer above!

When I first opened it I thought it was very hard to get out of the tub. It's not a product u can apply by hand, or in a rush. I find that my mac stipling brush is the easiest to apply this product with.

As you can see from the pic above it's the perfect bronze colour.

Pros

It's a creamy formula so it applies easily and blends well

Looks great on all skin tones

The tub makes the product really easy to get out and handy for travelling as its not messy

Cons

Slightly pricy

A little goes a long way and the colour darkens when on the skin so be careful

Updated skin care routine

I'm constantly changing my skin care routine and trying new products. Mainly choosing products based on other peoples recommendations as opposed to whats good for my skin type.

I have great skin, I really can't complain as I never get spots and my skin doesn't get irritated easily. The one thing that's always bothered me is my dry t-zone!

Thankfully that's all changed with these miraculous little beauties below.

This is my go to facial cleanser it's amazing I seriously can't say enough good things about it. I use cotton pads to remove my makeup. I dampen them and keep them in a sandwich bag so they don't dry out.

The cleanser is a milky formula, and 4 pumps removes all the makeup from my face.

My lovely fiancé bought me this 2 months ago. It's a very strong cleanser so I only use this once a week. It leaves my skin feeling super clean and refreshed.

Finally the most amazing moisturiser I have ever tried. It's basically a drink for your face. Whenever my skin is feeling tight and dry I slap this on and wow it works wonders. I highly recommend this. It's a gel formula and sinks straight into the skin. I bought mine on debenhams for £30 which i think is great value compared to other brands which don't deliver the same results.

Chanel on my lips

Walking through House of Fraser I spotted the new Chanel poster boasting the gorgeous coco rouge shine. I immediately went over and asked to try the exact shade that was used on the poster.

The MA lined my lips with lilirose lipdefiner and then used the gorgeous coco rouge shine in boy on top.

Whenever I looked in the mirror I thought it really made my eyes pop and would be a great combo for my wedding. Boy is sheer on it's own but I see that as a bonus as I can apply it without a mirror and know I won't look like a clown!

Lelliemoi jewellery

So I thought I would show everyone one of my latest hobbies. I love buying fashion jewellery but hate the price tag that comes along with it so I decided to make my own!

This is my latest piece entitled 'A vintage royal'

I buy all my chain and charms off etsy. I find them to be of great quality and value. Once I have made enough pieces to start a collection I will open a etsy store!

Hope you like it.

Taking care of my locks!

I have been seeing Moroccan hair oil in a lot of magazines recently, and was happy when I went to get my hair done over christmas and my hairdresser used it on me!

At £30 a bottle this stuff isn't cheap, however, you only need to used a tiny amount to see big results. I usually brush through my hair then take no more than a 5p amount of oil and work it through starting at the ends.

I got the 100ml bottle and think it should last a very long time. I can see it helping my hair already. My hair is shiny, thick and in great condition.

Skin care routine

My essential winter skin kit!

During winter skin can get tight and dry, I have been using the above products to keep my skin cleansed, moisturised and hopefully glowing!!
First product essential is

I usually use clarins cotton cleansing milk, but while browsing through boots I found this on offer so thought why not! It's for dry and sensitive skin, and advertises itself as being an 'effective makeup remover that's gentle on the skin'. I definitely agree it's a fantastic remover, and works well at removing even full coverage foundations such as double wear. I usually use my eve lom Muslim cloth from space nk to remove with.

After cleansing my skin I like to use a toner such as:

This clarins cleanser contains camomile and is very soothing on my skin. I love the way it sinks into my skin and doesn't make it feel tight.

I bought this eye cream after watching a video by lollipop26. I get dark circles under my eyes and this cream definitely helps to keep them at bay. It's a light cream and doesn't agitate my eyes. It reduces puffiness and keeps the under eye area well moisturised as well as being a great base for stopping my concealer from caking.

Lastly I moisturise with:

A thick creamy moisturiser that sinks straight into the skin. I love that although it's a thick cream it doesn't leave my t-zone oily or greasy. When moisturising I like to focus mainly on my t-zone as this is were my skin is most dry.
